Open glass door entry makes the bar and front tables a prime spot to hang out and people watch.
Often described as a cross between a New York and London Bar, creamy leather lounge area (back section: non-smoking) and crimson bench (front section: smoking) seating provides the ideal invitation to relax and unwind, whilst the etched mirrors adorn the walls and ceilings so you’ll always be able to show off your best side.
The crisp clean lines of the bar provide the perfect setting to indulge in our tantalizingly sophisticated and sexy cocktails or to chat up the international (trained in Australian hospitality ethics) bar staff. (Make sure you check out the house specialty, the Peppered Mink Martini; a blend of pepper infused vodka, seared pineapple, caramel liqueur and lemon. Garnished with cracked pepper, this is sure to spice up your life).
If you have some fancy footwork to show off, head down to the far end of the bar where the DJ is waiting to pump up the volume. (Playing a mixture of funk, jazz, soulful, house, electro, breakbeat and progressive). Mink promises to deliver the ultimate service with a smile and a wink. Mink offers a great Happy Hour deal with Daiquiris for only $30 from 5pm - 9pm and once a month we have Live Music from some good ol' Ozzie Acoustic Rockers.
Ladies Night on a Wednesday night is all about gossip and Cosmo's where the ladies get FREE Cosmopolitans from 9pm - 12am (cocktails change monthly so you'll never get bored!)
