Interview Aly and Fila 1. Hello Fadi , how are you today? Fine thanks 2. As Trance producers/Artists you guys have blown onto the scene, how would you explain your rise over the last six months Last one year and a half, we were just producing. Nothing else! Upgrading our studios and I’m really happy of the output of our hard work. And big thanks to all the big jocks who supported us. 3. Do you still use vinyl to DJ? If not do you miss it? Lately not much and I really miss it cos its real fun to dj with vinyls but nowadays not every track gets released on vinyl. 4. What is your favourite production that you have made and why? As for original I will go with eye of hours and Ankh as for remixes I love them all relly can’t decide 5. Who is your favourite trance producer of the moment? And who should we keep an eye out for? There are many good producers at the moment. Really like Vast Vision, Marninx, Kamil Polner and many many others. 6. You have some up and coming gigs in the UK including Gatecrasher, how would you describe the dance music clubbing scene in the UK? Its simply the best. It’s the capital of the world dance scene. 7. You have some possible Asia Tours in 2007, what should Asia clubbers expect of you? Well there is a Korean gigs scheduled soon and I m really looking forward them as it is a completely new place for me. Can’t wait 8. You recently played the massive ‘A State of Trance 300 Party’ in The Netherlands as one of Armin Van Buuren’s guests. How was that? Simply amazing!!! I was the first one to play, and the tent was empty, then after I began, they opened the doors and bang!! 4000 people in front of me. Hope there will be more parties like this one. 9. What are your goals for 2007? Have a weekly radioshow and spread it all over the world, begin working on our first artist album. You always have to balance djing and production. 10.
