Upper Basement, Harilela House, 79 Wyndham Street, Central HK Details: 2 4 1 Drinks for people with dogs Breakdown: Soda is going to open its doors on the last Sunday of every month to welcome anyone who wants to enjoy a drink or two with man’s best friend, whilst supporting a great cause. Soda will provide 2 4 1drinks for anyone who comes along with their four legged side kick. All we ask is that you make a donation of at least $10 to The Hong Kong Dog Rescue when you buy a drink! Charity: The Hong Kong Dog Rescue was set up in 2002 by Sally Anderson, Sally has been rescuing and re-homing dogs for many years, the HKDR takes dogs from Kennels were they were due to be destroyed and thanks to the support of dedicated volunteers and supports re-homes these animals. HKDR is entirely self-financed and funds are raised through events such as this one, donations and collection boxes around Hong Kong. It is the aim of HKDR to ensure that the de-sexing of pets becomes the norm rather than the exception, and that the selling of puppies and kittens in pet shops be banned as it is in many other countries.
