Mamady Keita (Guinea) is one of the few African Djembe-folas (Drum Masters) of our time. He is an amazing drummer/performer/teacher with unforgettable personality.  If you like African music, or if you ever drummed before, Mamady is a MUST to see! He will show you the true tradition, pure essence, and kaleidoscopic beauty of West African drumming. (Mamady has been my teacher since 1994. An incredible man, he is! Please spread the words!!!)
 
From 13-15 July, he is holding 4 workshops for three different levels. If you are a beginning beginner, or have never touched drum before, I recommend you take Elementary class designed just for you!
