Chef Nathan Hogan’s gastronomical works of art will be complimented with either a glass of white, red or rose wine imported directly from France, Italy, Australia and South Africa. Sommelier Yves Sauboua will introduce these wines along with a commentary on how various wines complements your food and enhances your entire dining experience.
