Azure Restaurant Slash Bar, located at the summit of Hotel LKF by Rhombus, is unveiling its Fine Wine & Dine Menu on August 22, 2007.

Chef Nathan Hogan’s gastronomical works of art will be complimented with either a glass of white, red or rose wine imported directly from France, Italy, Australia and South Africa.  Sommelier Yves Sauboua will introduce these wines along with a commentary on how various wines complements your food and enhances your entire dining experience.

Our Fine Wine & Dine Menu includes:

Pre-tasting & Canapés

Citrus Scallop Carpaccio with Cucumber Spaghetti & Caviar
Thinly sliced scallops dressed with fresh orange, lime & lemon juices served with a cucumber and spaghetti salad accentuated with the crisp saltiness of Sevruga Caviar
Paired with Viognier de Rosine 2005 Mchel Ogier, France

Wild Mushroom Velouté with Pistachio Sabayon
Wild mushroom & fresh chicken broth soup finished with cream and garnished with a delicate pistachio sabayon

Palette Cleanser
Classic mildly acidic Mandarin Orange sorbet

Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Braised Oxtail Ravioli & Caramelized Shallots
Beef Tenderloin roasted to your liking, served with fresh home-made oxtail ravioli accented by sweet caramelized shallots
Paired with The Foundry Syrah 2003 Stellenbosch, South Africa

Ginger & Vanilla Crème Brulée
Classic vanilla custard with a delicate hint of fresh ginger & caramelized sugar
Paired with La Spinetta Moscato d’Asti Biancospino 2006, Italy
