Café Duvet’s Own Private ‘Islands’ At Café Duvet, you can experience drinks and tapas at Discovery Bay Water Margin’s own exclusive paradise ‘islands’. One part of Café Duvet is an intimate white walled-bar furnished with dark timber floor, highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and sip on our specially-created cocktails like Noir et Blanc, Tangerine Siva and Tai Pak Bay and watch the going-ons at the busy Water Margin square. The bar overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Water Margin square. This self-contained enclave, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red coloured day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed islands, shaded by sun parasols. A series of tempting tapas is on offer in Café Duvet’s menu. Highlights include Crostinis (Toasted bread with mushroom and antipasti vegetables), Asparagus with garlic and manchego, and Lamb meat balls with spicy tomato sauce. There are also special must-have desserts like Baked Alaska flambé with dark rum and black pepper, Home-made apricot tart, Walnut brownie with vanilla ice-cream and Tiramisu cake with Kahlua. Other drinks from gourmet coffees, champagne, cognacs to whites and reds are also available.
