Following the enormous success of a similar promotion last year, Goccia’s Michelin Star Chef, Francesco Brocca has once again created a mouthwatering and refreshing menu that features some tempting variations of Carpaccio, adding chilled soup this year for an added twist. The promotion will last until end of August. Enjoy this Italian delicacy by tucking into dishes such as Carpaccio of White Fish and Salmon with Wild Arugula and Lemon Dressing; Carpaccio of King Prawns served with Vegetables Caponatina, garnished with Italian Caviar and Balsamic Vinegar; Carpaccio of Smoked Sword Fish Garnished with Marinated Red Chicory and Sweet Garlic; and Duck Breast Carpaccio with Olives Purèe Sauce and Shaved Parmesan Cheese.
