Class Magazine, Italy has named Chef Marco Torre, Chef de Cuisine of Grissini at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, one of the five “Best Italian Chef under 30 working outside of Italy”. Class Magazine is one of the Top 10 magazines in Italy, with a circulation of 100,000 copies per issue. It is a highly acclaimed lifestyle and finance magazine in Italy. Complementing his award, Chef Torre has created a new menu featuring the best seasonal ingredients of Italy, such as Tomato, Barba dei Frati, Borage, Rabbit, Lamb, Burrata Cheese and Basil. Highlights from the menu include Tuscany Bread and Tomato Salad with Cucumber, Basil, Red Onion and Tender Roasted Rabbit Loin; Homemade Potato Dumplings with a Gently Spiced Red Mullet Sauce; Homemade Pasta with Smoked Eel, Green Peas, Fresh Tomatoes and Orange; Herbed Red Mullet Fillets on a Light Borage Frittata; and Grilled Sole with “Barba dei Frati”, Oil and Lemon.
