Sheraton Hong Kong proudly presents a sweet summer at the Café in the month of July, 2007. We are much honored to have invited guest Chef Franck Michel to our Café from 15th – 21st of July to ‘play his magic’ with chocolate. Pastry cook technician Franck Michel joined the elite being consecrated, on the 19th February 2004, at the end of a 3 days wonderful final competition, one of the “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” pastry cook. During 3 days, the 5 jury members have evaluated and judged the 16 applicants to select 7 of them for the accession to the highest qualification. Born in Lorraine, Franck has started his hard apprenticeship in 1982 around NANCY, then joined the prestigious “maison” OBERWEIS in LUXEMBOURG for 7 years, one of the quality and perfection temple.
