The normal temperature in Thailand all year is about 25-30C and enjoy glorious sunshine throughout the year. In Thailand, flowers impinge people in a variety of ways. Not only do Thai people enjoy the look of blossoms, they have also created dishes to incorporate them. A number of flowers are used as cooking ingredients. They may be fried, boiled, steamed, stewed, battered, baked, grilled, pickled, or they may simply be eaten raw. It is remarkable how Thais have found so many ways of cooking flowers.
