Cubix, an intimate restaurant at the new chic “Urban Lifestyle” concept hotel The Fleming in Wan Chai, has introduced an extensive tapas menu to compliment its popular Continental European a la carte offerings.

The cosy restaurant which seats 23 and specialises in cuisine has created a menu that includes both traditional Spanish favourites and sensational creations -- Black & Green Olives ($58), Sardinas a la Plancha (Grilled Sardines, $78), Albondigas Con Salsa de Alm endrasy Azafran (Meat Ball served with Saffron Almond Sauce, $78), Lime Bait (Deep Fried White Anchovies served with Fresh Lime, $78), Pan Con Tomate Ajo y Jamon (Oven toasted baguette with Tomato, Garlic & Jamon Serrano, $78) Bunuelos de Chorizo (Spanish Sausage, $78), Camembert Fritos (Deep Fried Camembert Cheese served with cranberry Jam, $78), Calamares Fritos (Deep Fried Squid Ring, $88) and the must-try Gambas al Ajillo (Prawns served with Toasted Garlic, $118).
These small and colorful dishes are best accompanied by a Cubix Cocktail made at the newly renovated bar within Cubix. Suggested cocktails to accompany the tapas menu include Strawberry Dream (Strawberry, Coconut milk, Gin, Strawberry liqueur & Syrup, $60), Chocolate Kiss (Kuhlua, Brown Cacao, Cream & Milk, $60), Mint Cooler (Whisky, Mint liqueur, Lemon juice, Syrup & Ginger beer, $60) and Smiling (White wine, Brandy & Ginger beer, $60).
