Highlights of the buffet are two must-try main courses including Pan-fried Swordfish Puttanesca with Braised Fennel and White Beans, Seared Scallop and Prawn Salad with Citrus Fruits, which are specially created by our talented chef. Both of them are equally delightful yet nutritious.
