The Coffee Shop is putting on a Seafood Paradise featuring Japanese and European specialties as well as funky new dishes that blend various culinary influences. Highlights of the buffet are two must-try main courses including Pan-fried Swordfish Puttanesca with Braised Fennel and White Beans, Seared Scallop and Prawn Salad with Citrus Fruits, which are specially created by our talented chef. Both of them are equally delightful yet nutritious. Other succulent dishes from the deep, sure to tickle the palate, include: Seafood Minestrone Soup, Crab Bisque, daily full set of Seafood Platter, Asian Seafood Pomelo Salad, Baked Sole Fish and Prawns souffle’s served with Caviar White Wine Cream sauce, Tower of Chilled Crab Meat and Avocado served with Asparagus Vinaigrette and much more. A tempting array of desserts provides a hearty finish to the dining experience.
