Goccia Ristorante e Bar, renowned for its fresh seafood and Italian cuisine, now has an authentic Pizza Oven on its lovely outside terrace and is serving a range of Italian pizzas with a variety of delicious toppings. Using only the very best imported ingredients, the pizzas – both crust and toppings – are created using traditional Italian recipes. “By adding excellent quality pizzas to our menu, we can now classify as “truly Italian” in every way,” says General Manager, Giacomo Pani. “We are also developing a list of recommended wines for each of the pizzas, so our customers can get maximum enjoyment from this traditional Italian experience.” La Pizza toppings include all the favourites such as Pizza Margherita; Prosciutto Funghi; Napoletana; Four Cheeses; Capricciosa; San Daniele; Vegetariana; Diavola; Calzone (folded pizza); Pescatora; Italiana; Hawaii; Montanara; and Salmone (smoked salmon).
