Hong Kong’s ‘ultimate dining experience' at Italian-Mediterranean restaurant H one has extended its dazzling tapestry of tastes with a new range of seafood, pastas, and charcoal grilled prime beef.

New on the starter menu at the fashionable venue on the podium of ifc mall is Italian “Cioppino” Seafood Soup (HK$138), Parma Ham-wrapped Burrata Mozzarella (HK$178), Herb Roasted Dutch Veal with Crispy Prawns (HK$138), Smoked Sardinian Swordfish Carpaccio (HK$138) and Pancetta Wrapped Sea Scallop (HK$138).

Additional ‘Hand-Crafted Pastas’ include Mediterranean Red Prawns Spaghetti (HK$278), Penne Arabiatta (HK$128/158), Pappardelle with Porcini Mushroom and Rustic Duck Ragu (HK$148/188), Champagne Risotto with Red Prawns and Clams (HK$280), and Orrechiette with Anchovy and Italian Pork “Salsiccia” (HK$128/168).

Added to ‘H one Specialties’ is slow-cooked Herb Crusted Lamb Rib (HK$290), Charcoal Grilled Baby Spring Chicken (HK$198), and Pounded Dutch Veal “Like they do in New York” (HK$238).

H one is renowned for fashionable, international dining ranging from signature grills and rotisseries to authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine – and a brigade of 35 chefs creating the unique menu with a French rotisserie, wood stone oven, Texan charcoal grill and Tandoori ovens.

The menu embraces New York charcoal grill prime steaks, and a vast variety of imported artisan products, and rotisseries including Italian baby pig and French baby lamb, hand-made pastas and risottos, and Tandoori specialties.

 

The wine cellar is arguably the most superb of any privately owned restaurant group in the city.

 

Boasting Hong Kong’s most dramatic harbour-side terrace, H one is part of a chic new three-venue concept opened by ‘chef to the rich and famous’ Harlan G.

 

The stellar 11,000 square foot venue also features New York-style lounge bar G Bar and The Box, featuring daily lunchtime buffets and available for private parties and corporate events.

 

About Harlan G

 

New Yorker Harlan G was formerly executive chef at the exclusive Aberdeen Marina Club, where the dining room was ultimately named after him. His career in the United States, Europe and Asia has included experience at several Michelin starred restaurants.

 

His original, flagship restaurant is Harlan’s at ifc, Central. He subsequently opened Tuscany by H in Lan Kwai Fong, serving traditional Italian cuisine in a Tuscan farmhouse setting, and the exclusive private dining room Private H, with a clientele of A-list invitees only.

The Harlan brand’s most ambitious project to date is the three-venue concept at ifc incorporating H one, G Bar and The Box.
