Or for those looking for something quieter, the restaurant will offer a special Easter dinner menu available throughout the four-day holiday. Brunch Available on Saturday April 15th and Sunday April 16th, Madison’s Easter weekend brunch provides great food and entertainment for all the family. And featuring a buffet of tempting canapés such as Madison’s foie gras on brioche and baked oysters with spinach in Mornay sauce, a choice of five appetising main dishes including lobster ‘Easter eggs Benedict’, steamed fillet of sole in saffron sauce and roasted lamb rack Provencal, and a dessert buffet brimming with Haagen-Dazs, pastries and cakes – it’s great value too …with or without the option of unlimited free flowing sparkling wine. Children will be entertained on Saturday 15th by Madison’s balloon twisting, cotton candy making clown – BooBoo. The popcorn machine will surely keep the kiddies entertained too. Easter Holiday Dinner Available each evening throughout the Easter holidays (March 14th through 17th incl), Madison’s will offer a special four-course Easter dinner set menu including great discounts on wine. For just HK$200 per person*, diners will enjoy a choice of starters such as sautéed lobster or tian of crabmeat plus miso soup with smoked salmon, plus the choice of either char-grilled Canadian Angus beef, salmon or rack of lamb in a coriander crust.
