Coming from an elite private golf club in Ontario, Canada, Chef Hogan has delighted the appetites of former US President Bill Clinton, professional golfer Tiger Woods and Rock Star Gene Simons. In arriving to Hong Kong, Chef Hogan was named the restaurant chef of Azure Restaurant Slash Bar located on 29 & 30/F of Hotel LKF by Rhombus. Following the success and popularity of Azure Restaurant Slash Bar, Chef Hogan has been promoted as Head Chef of Rhombus International Hotels Group. He will now be leading a team of culinary experts at Azure Restaurant Slash Bar in Hotel LKF by Rhombus, Santa Lucia and Café Express in Hotel Panorama by Rhombus. Having a philosophy, belief and palette for incorporating seasonal and fresh ingredients with the art of cooking, Chef Hogan’s creative food identity is consistently being refined to meet current trends.
