Designed by distinguished Executive Chef Gianni Caprioli, the evening’s firecracker of a four-course menu builds from a buffet of appetisers through vegetarian pumpkin mushroom lasagna to a fantastic choice of mains including risotto with lobster, tomato and arugula, grilled French organic spring chicken and rib eye prime U.S. beef. Rounded off with a buffet selection of deliciously tempting desserts, this fabulous menu costs HK$688 per person. Offering all the same reasons as Isola for laying claim to being one of Hong Kong’s greatest alfresco dining venues, hidden gem Café Costa will also be wowing the crowds with its own firework menu on Monday, October 1st. Costing HK$488 per person, the four course menu kicks off with a choice of appetisers including mozzarella with cherry, avocado and dried tomatoes, beef carpaccio or Asian seared tuna Nicoise salad followed by pumpkin and wild mushroom risotto. Main course options include grilled spiced salmon, roast spring chicken and grilled U.S. rib eye with the evening being rounded off perfectly by a buffet selection of cheeses, fresh fruits and sweet treats. For just HK$248, children under 12 will enjoy the evening starting with a choice of appetisers including salad or pasta followed by three child friendly main course options: grilled sausage, fish and chips and grilled chicken breast, completed by the same dessert buffet selection as the adults.
