Located in busy Central, overlooking the eventful Lan Kwai Fong from the first floor of LKF Tower is Epicurean Group’s latest member La Mer brasserie, a French Brasserie with a modern twist featuring extensive jet-fresh seafood and creative sparkling cocktails.

About Brasseries
A brasserie is a French dining and drinking establishment which is bigger and more elaborate than a café or bistro. It first appeared in Paris in the 16th Century and came into prominence in late 19th Century. The good-value-oriented menu has been extended through time but the relaxing atmosphere remains unchanged.

About La Mer Brasserie
Pour Manger / To Eat
At La Mer, we interpret the brasserie in a contemporary way. Guests come to experience an occasion, not just a meal. Navigating through our menu, guests will be amused by the value for money French cuisine with a modern touch and affordable prices we offer, on plates big or small, single or multi-tiered. Furthermore, presented at the seafood bar is the freshest, most palatable selection of marine delights, from the oysters served either raw, hot or as in shooters to shellfish of all kinds as well as seasonal Japanese sashimi. Sit down for La Mer’s Provencal Salad and Flame-grilled Beef Burger if a lone diner fancies a quick meal. Or feast your group gobblers with La Mer’s Oyster Platter or one of our five deluxe La Mer’s Plateau de La Mer, Burgundy Beef Stew as well as Cheese Plate.

Pour Boire / To Drink
The Secret of the Ocean, a series of newly-created sparkling cocktails which vary in appearance and ingredients is the masterpiece of our ingenious Beverage Development Team. The red Starfish with fresh strawberry, the azure Blue Ocean filled with Blue Curacao, the sea green Sea Anemone made of melon liqueur and the golden Deep Charge with oyster, just to name a few to arouse your senses. On the other hand, our bar also stock with extensive fine wines and champagne, served in Portion Petite (3oz), Portion Moyenne (6oz) and carafe from different part of world, French in particular as well as liqueurs.
