To celebrate this French month in Hong Kong, Chef Didier Rochat has prepared a special menu of 6 divine courses featuring the best of France for $580. Highlights include Foie Gras Three Ways, and a 70% chocolate fondant with hazelnut-chocolate fritters & raspberry sherbet.
