Some highlights include Freshly Shucked Tasmanian Oysters with Nahm Jim; Chilled Vietnamese Sweet Prawns with Dipping Sauce; Spicy Green Papaya Salad with Tomato & Green Bean; Glass Noodle Salad with Poached Shredded Chicken; Green Vegetable Curry; Crispy Fish with Three-Flavor Sauce, Wild Ginger & Holy Basil; Pad Thai with Peanuts, Pickled Radish & Tofu; and Stir Fried Asian Vegetables with Thai Basil & Tofu. Tempting traditional desserts include Thai Sticky Rice; Taro Cake, and Refreshing Fruit Platter.
