Scandinavian choices include dishes such as Tarragon-Poached Fillet of Silver Cod with spinach, dill and egg & parsley sauce or Pan Fried Japanese Meltique Striploin with char grilled vegetables and rice. From our Asian menu, you might choose Teriyaki Yellow Fin Tuna Steak with assorted sushi or Wok Fried Spicy Beef Udon Noodles. There are more than a dozen dishes on our buffet lunch menu, all authentic, tasty and cooked to perfection.
