For each table that orders a dish from the Retrospective Menu, Shui Hu Ju will offer a complimentary Chilli Ice Cream Dessert Platter. Shui Hu Ju has chosen to bring back its classic appetiser favourites: Fresh Jelly-fish served in padi chili, garlic and coriander, Eggplant served with garlic and soy sauce, paper thin fresh Bean curd sheet wrapped with mixed vegetable and topped with spicy peanut sauce, and julienne of potato marinated with anise oil. Wok-fried river prawns with silky egg white, Pan-fried goose liver with garlic and shallot sauce, Deep fried frog legs with Szechuan chili and Beef brisket braised in a hotpot with chili and frozen tofu will also make an appearance on the main course menu for this limited period only.
