ImageWith the mercury rising, Gaia Group has created something refreshing to give diners a cool surprise this summer. Summer Colours at Isola and Costa.

Adding some colourful fare to their a la carte menus, Executive Chef Gianni Caprioli has created an array of new dishes for Isola and Costa that capture the essence of summer. Showcasing the season’s freshest and best quality produce, new dishes run from appetizers and antipasti through main courses to delightful dolce.
What could be more relaxing than a glass of crisp chilled wine, a flavour packed meal and the summer breeze of a seat on a harbour-side terrace.

Kick Ice Cocktails at Isobar
Beating the heat on the second level of Isola, ISOBAR has shaken up its drinks menu with the addition of an array of innovative new thirst quenchers. Developed by Bar Manager Randy Angeles, the extensive new drinks menu includes a collection of chic Martini’s, a range of refreshing Bellini’s, and a master-mixed mélange of fresh frozen and contemporary cocktails including the aptly named ‘Let’s Get Drunk’. Alternatively, for good clean fun in the sun, Isobar’s new ‘No Alcoholic for Me’ menu boasts a cool new selection of ‘Summer Shakes’.
For an after-work Happy Hour drink with colleagues or after dinner with friends, Isobar is keeping it cool this summer. Open from 3pm till late, Monday to Sunday.
