To celebrate “Dia de la Hispanidad” or “Spanish National Day”, which falls on October 12th, BOCA will present a feature menu of regional Spanish cuisine and wine throughout the month of October & November. The variety of Spanish cuisine matches the size of the country, one of the largest in Europe, and to savour that nation’s culinary customs is to experience the unfolding of an entire culture.
Head Chef Lee has selected a few of our favourite traditional dishes from different regions of Spain and adapted them to suit the ‘Boca’ style of dining that has proved so popular over the past five years.
