The Re-Birth of California California has re-opened its door with a new look, new menu and live entertainment. The 26 year old establishment has been revamped into a smart, masculine, wood toned interior with wrapped leather banquets and tables. The subtle interior with warm mustard leather columns, smoke mirrors at the bar and raised stage for live musicians to set you in the mood to kick off your shoes for after dinner upbeat, funk jazz from Thursdays to Saturdays. California's new menu emphasizes on fresh produce, imported fish and meats. Signature dishes such as home-made Seafood Ravioli served with half grilled lobster tail, Parmesan Crusted Pork with apple potato puree or Grilled Lamb Chops with pesto potato and pepper coulis are a must to try and the Lemon Cheesecake is not to be missed. California's line up of performers for upcoming gigs include Canadian singing sensation Athesia, Brigitte DaSilva and Ela Alegre to name a few.
