The Mistral at InterContinental Grand Stanford offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to cook a romantic feast with Chef Claudio. 4-course Italian menu from starter to dessert, Chef Claudio demonstrates the way of selecting the right ingredients, preparing and cooking them, ensure you and your loved one experiences a culinary romance with Italian style.

The Valentine Culinary Kit includes a cooking demonstration class with 4 courses by Chef Claudio and a ready-to-go gourmet basket filled with all prepared ingredients for 2 persons plus a bottle of Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label can be picked up at hotel on the Valentine’s Day (or selected date).
