Charges
Food - Depending on the menu selected
Staff - Chef, Waiter or Bartender at HK$150 per person per hour
  (minimum 4 hours per person)
Delivery - Hong Kong Island (Single Trip) HK$200 net and up
 Kowloon (Single Trip) HK$180 net and up
 New Territories (Single Trip) HK$250 net and up
