Bringing the Second Wave of “Predator vs F50” - the adidas Global Football Campaign
Inspired by David Beckham’s unparalleled ability to curl the ball around the freekick wall, a new +Predator® Absolute called “Swerve” was exclusively designed and developed with and for David Beckham. +Predator® Absolute “Swerve” brings the second wave of the latest adidas global football campaign – “Predator vs F50”*.
This +Predator® Absolute “Swerve” is a part of the 6th generation of David’s exclusive product range with his signature logo. The boot is designed with the colours white, silver and gold, featuring a uniquely created graphic which symbolizes the swerve of the ball and takes its inspiration from David Beckham’s personal adidas icon. At the official debut of his new boots in Real Madrid’s UEFA Champions League match against Olympique Lyon in November 2006, David said, “One of the biggest things for any player is that he has to have the right boots. It’s so important to feel right in a pair of boots when you walk out onto the pitch. It’s not just the feel, for me it’s also the look of the boot that makes me feel special.” As a key representative player of Predator FC in the adidas football campaign 2007 “Predator vs F50”, David fully demonstrates the Predator attitude: “I Am Pure Game”. The “Swerve” collection including footwear, apparel and hardware will be available for sale in adidas shops and selected retailers from 31 January 2007.
