 Following the duo’s debut joint promotion last year, ultra-luxury cruise operator Silversea and Chiva-Som, Asia’s original health resort, have announced a second spectacular offering to sea bound guests onboard Silver Shadow sailing from Hong Kong to Singapore from March 1-15 (voyage numbers 3805).
For the fifteen day cruise, Chef Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat, Executive Chef of Chiva-Som and a member of the prestigious British Airways Culinary Council will present his award winning spa cuisine to Silversea guests offering a culinary introduction to the resort’s innovative and unique approach to health, wellness and nutrition. Throughout the duration of the cruise, Paisarn will prepare a daily menu selection for guests of Silver Shadow’s The Restaurant in his signature culinary style; a fusion of Thai and European cuisines that focuses on healthy eating.
