Professional Cocktail Flaring at Twentyonetwentyone
Saturday March 18, 11-11.30pm Professional bartenders from the UK will be in Twentyonetwentyone to demonstrate some flairetending skills to customers, just like the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail. Pericoli Serafino, also known as KIKO; and Andre Guerreiro are both international professional bartenders with great experience. KIKO is the European Champion in flairtending and has spent time in various Red Bull Bartenders Academy to demonstrate and teach bartenders around the world. The following is a little bio of KIKO: - 28 years old, Italian nationality
- European champion (Europe's #1)
- Partner & trainer in Lisbon Cocktail Academy: School of freestyle bartenders
- Experience in Milan based agency working with Bacardi, Smirnoff, Cointreau, Fiat, Lancia, and official ABSOLUT bartender of Italy
