Bacardi-Martini Grand Prix is an international competition for bartenders promoted by the Bacardi-Martini Group and the I.B.A. (International Bartenders Association). The aim of the competition is to assess the professional competence of young bartenders both at national and international levels, rewarding them for their skills in their job.

The Singapore Selection

Two winners of Bacardi-Martini Grand Prix 2005 - Singapore Selection will emerge as winners to represent Singapore and compete at the World Finals from a pool of 100 contestants. The  highlights of this competition are the Open Disco Freestyle/Showmanship Category with the 6 finalists in this category being judged on their bar showmanship ( bottle juggling and flaring), bar set-up/presentation and also the taste of the cocktail prepared.

The next, the speed bottle opening round with finalists required to open 6 bottles of Bacardi Breezer in the fastest possible time.
