Highlighted were GREEN T. HOUSE Living’s “pebble-strewn exterior reminiscent of a Zen garden” and the elaborate signature tea ceremony, along with dishes including thinly sliced pears topped with honey mustard, goat cheese, and roasted walnuts, cornflake-coated green tea wasabi prawns, and spicy chicken with Sichuan peppers.
The pavilion-style venue – inspired by Zhanguo period architecture – rises gracefully from expansive, terraced courtyards of white stone set in the vast 15,000 square metre complex. Innovative interiors feature a huge white chimney floating over a long, slim fireplace, long community tables and a polished ground white stone and crystal floor.
The menu offers tantalising tea-based dishes that blend fresh and natural ingredients with time-honored indigenous cooking techniques from across the regions of China.
