Look forward to more international names at Velvet starting with the legendary Grant, co-founder of Swing City Records and who has made significant contributions to both the house and the UK Garage/2-Step scenes. To date, the man has remixed the likes of James Brown, Kelis, Jodeci, Frankie Knuckles, Artful Dodger, Aaliyah, Mis-Teeq and Faithless, just to name a few. And don’t forget Grant’s classic production / remix of Negrocan’s “Cada Vez” that topped pop charts in several countries and has so far totalled sales of nearly 2 million copies worldwide. In 2004, his work also garnered him a nomination as Best House DJ at the 2004 Urban Music Awards.
