From a land that brings you some of the world’s biggest trance djs, it’s good to know that the Dutch do have some soul in them. Enter DJ Roog – Holland’s finest house dj to date. Since hitting the spotlight as Hardsoul with the massive vocal anthem “Back Together”, Roog is now traveling the world, playing an average of 225 gigs a year in and outside Holland. With several edgier releases on a variety of labels such as Mark Knight’s Toolroom, Olav Basoski’s Rootz, plus remixes for Roger Sanchez, DJ Disciple and Sir Piers, and of course releases on his very own Hardsoul Recordings, it’s about time Singapore experienced the sound of Roog.
