Saturday 10 Jun 2006 at Phuture Asia's Breaks ambassador and Phuture resident Tony Tay returns to deliver another signature night of Breaks, Beats and Beyond. Sirens, now into it's seventh year, takes you into a new dimension of sonic and visual electronica delivering a cross section of Phat, Rockish, Driving, Tech Funk & Micro-Chic-Housey sounds of now. Most notably, the longest-standing breaks night in Asia has now amassed a following of its own bringing out local talents as well as showcasing international artists, with Adam Freeland, Evil Nine, General Midi, Hybrid, Hyper, Koma & Bones, Meat Katie, Future Funk Squad and Tayo just to name but a few.
Having just returned from his successful first ever Sirens party outside of Singapore at Hong Kong's "The Hood” club last month, and more forthcoming Sirens gigs within the region, you won't want to miss out on this party - especially if Breakbeat is your genre of choice. Footnote: “Yamanote Line” and “Virus” by Tony Tay and Roy Ong can be heard on Angus Robinson’s Proton Radio show on Money Shot Radio and on Peter Paul’s show on ibreaks Radio. Also, check out more of Tony's own productions on http://www.myspace.com/tonytayzouk and http://www.djtonytay zouk/ phuture admission on 10 June for non-members (incl 2 drinks): $12 before 10pm, $20/$25 after (Information provided by Zouk Singapore)
