No stranger in the electronica world, the ‘Prince of Dance Music’ is back with a complete re release of his would have been 2001 album, albeit with four previously unreleased tracks and a lot more electronics. Having lost almost US$ 75,000 worth of studio equipment and fresh tunes, BT, didn’t look bak and just kept going, now with his fourth LP realease. In a interview Brian Wayne Transeau aka BT stated, “To marry melody, harmony and memorable song writing with the most bleeding-edge technology possible is my passion. These are the things that excite me.” Not only is a marriage of such apparent in this new re release, but the involvement of mix artists across genres from Dylan Rhymes, to Tiesto, to Sander Kleinenberg to Hyper, makes for a solid collective in a two disc collection. Watch out for “Knowledge of Self” and “Love in the Time of Thieves”. Rating: 4/5 Tracklisting: CD1: 1. The Meeting Of A Hundred Yang (New Unreleased Track) 2. Knowledge Of Self 3.
