FRITES BELGIUM ON TAP

NEW VENUE OPENING SEPTEMBER 2007

Hong Kong’s first and only Belgian Beer Hall will open in early September 2007.

The concept is simple; a large, expansive Belgian beer house, with a wonderful selection of Belgian beers and cuisine.

Chef David O’Leary will create a special menu to complement the beverage, while dishing out his signature plates such as our famous mussels, pork knuckle and, of course, Belgian style sausages.

All housed in a traditional European setting, the beer house will have a classic veneer; wooden floor boards, elongated tables, high ceilings and an earthy feel to create a warm, homely environment for all our guests.

Big enough to accommodate 120 people (seating 85), FRITES will be a great location for large events, private functions or even cozy get-togethers. The cavernous size of the place will make it a great environment for a lively party or the warm, all wood environment can make it a perfect place for a company dinner. Whatever the occasion, the theme or the mood, FRITES can transform itself according to your needs and wants.
