It may be nearing the end of September, but that doesn't mean summer vibes have to end! Over at Repulse Bay, Limewood's hosting an Aperol pop-up bar every weekend through to the end of October, where you can sip on refreshing spritz cocktails all day (and night). Barrel-aged cocktails can take a step back, because this autumn you can treat yourself to clay pot rested cocktails at ON Dining Kitchen and Lounge. Designed by celebrity bartender Giancarlo Mancino, the nine new cocktails, made under three categories ‘Stirred,’ ‘Shaken,’ and ‘Built,’ are rested in humongous four-litre Italian clay pots for several weeks before being bottled and served.
So it's 5 or 6am and you want to keep on partying until the sun comes up! There are surprisingly only a few places that are still open at this time and below you will find them mentioned.
Located in Wanchai, this place has food, dance floor, DJ and booths, so pretty much everything. I have been here at 8am partying and have seen people having a full breakfast at the same time. The windows get blacked out when the sun comes up so you never know what time it is when inside.

Legend has it that, upon discovering champagne in the 17th Century, the monk Dom Pérignon exclaimed: “Come quickly – I am tasting the stars!” His namesake champagne, which Moët & Chandon named after him, became one of the most celebrated varieties in the world. Whether or not Pérignon was actually responsible for the discovery of bubbles is often disputed, but either way, the rest is history, and champagne has continued to flow liberally ever since. There are plenty of bars in Hong Kong where you can sip and savour champagne in a magnificent setting. Check out our top picks below.
The guy behind smashing club hits like Been A While, Show Me Love, Summer On You and more took a little time out of his busy Asia tour schedule and chatted to us about his music and travels. Time to show Sam Feldt some love!

We thought we lucked out when initial announcements for the Clockenflap lineup featured the likes of Sigur Rós and Foals, but the latest update—with additions including The Chemical Brothers, Die Antwoord, Blood Orange and Yo La Tengo—has us excited more than ever for November to arrive.
The Chemical Brothers from the UK are simply legends in the dance music community producing some massive timeless tracks and have performed all over the world. Die Antwoord are from South Africa and honestly I first heard about them when I watched the film Chappie. Since then I have explored their music and can't wait to see them live in Hong Kong. Watch a selection of their music videos below and for the full line-up of Clockenflap, click here.
Check out the latest video by Carlsberg if they had a taxi service in Hong Kong.
Looks pretty cool and you get beer on tap, just not to sure if people would have time for a full meal or shave, unless they book in advance. Maybe a new app coming soon? :)
