The cocktail which was created by resident aqua London mixologist, Simone Rossi includes Absinthe, gin, fresh raspberry, lemon & yuzu topped with apricot foam served in a chemist’s vial.

The Oval Office claims to be the first dine-in theatre in Hong Kong serving French cuisine with a capacity of 22.

We have not had a chance to try any of them yet, but the Roaming Blue (HK$138) sounds like something that we would order that includes : Ginger slow-cooked gin, reduction of port wine & cinnamon, applesauce, lemon juice, egg white and blossom honey!
