Bringing to this autumn a refreshing citrus taste, the chic rooftop poolside bar & lounge Club @28 located on the 28th floor of Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay recently launched the Club @28 Citrus Brightening Afternoon Tea Set for a limited time.

Featuring six sweets and five savories, Club @28 Citrus Brightening Afternoon Tea Set for two (Monday to Friday $418 for two persons; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday $448 for two persons) is served daily from 2:30pm until 5:00pm. The citrus themed delights includes Honey Yuzu Mousse Cake with Pomegranate, Molten Yuzu Cake, Lime Cheese Tart with a balanced taste of sour and sweet, luscious Almond Chocolate Truffle and Blood Orange Bar combining sweet taste and crunchy texture, and the girls’ all-time favorite English Raisin Scones with Orange Preserves and Clotted Cream.

The delectable citrus savories include Deep-fried Beer Battered Prawn with Grapefruit Honey and Seared French Duck Liver with Pomelo Truffle Pâté. Served with grapefruit honey, the crispy prawn is packed with a variety of flavors and the truffle sauce with a hint of citrus added a surprising aroma to seared duck liver. Barbecued Beef Tenderloin Marinated with Pomelo Paste and Vietnamese Pomelo Salad in Rice Paper Roll carrying the various enticing tastes of citrus are impressively enjoyable too.

The most recommended choice among the sweets and savories are the Chamomile Panna Cotta which brings a unique Chamomile fragrance and the Grilled Rosemary Chili Lime Chicken Skewers with a refreshing aroma of rosemary and lime.

The themed afternoon tea set comes with two specially crafted beverages. Guests can choose from hot Honey Chamomile Tea or the Ocean Breeze cocktail. Whether it’s the calming and soothing chamomile tea, or the lightly sweet Ocean Breeze cocktail with Vodka blending lycee wine, lime, and pineapple juice, these drinks will absolutely bring extra enjoyment.

Club @28 is located on the rooftop of the hotel, adjacent to the stunning pool. With the views of the lush green Happy Valley Racecourse and the bustling city, nothing could beat an afternoon enjoying refreshing citrus delights with close friends in this fall.
