Does It Burn (HK$148) sparks interest with Michter’s bourbon, mezcal, Aperol, Earl Grey & red apple syrup, Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Teapot bitters and bourbon barrel smoke. Garnished with cinnamon and an artistic slice of wood, this cocktail is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Morton's of Chicago brings to the table a refreshing cocktail infused with lemongrass and a hint of pink grapefruit, the Pink and Tonic (HK $140). Also available is The Last Word (HK $140), a blend of different spirits, a liqueur distilled with 130 herbs, plants and flowers, and liquer made from sour Marasca cherries.
ON Dining Kitchen & Lounge presents the Mancino Rickey (HK $120), distinctive Japanese flavors such as Yuzu and fresh shiso leaves pair wonderfully with Big Gin and fresh lime, among other ingredients, for a truly invigorating drink. If you'd prefer a classic, their Gin and Tonic (HK $140) made using the highest quality gins and tonic water might be more to taste.

In celebration of its grand reopening, the luxurious whisky bar AQUA on Pennington brings us "The Good Old Days", a collection of four Chinese Dried Fruit cocktails. This includes Pearl of the Orient, a gorgeous golden-toned drink that features liquorice lemon flavours; The Old Spice, a cocktail laced with flavours of brown sugar ginger; Golden Lion, with salted kumquat flavours; and a fiery-coloured Dragon Dance that brings to mind hints of dried plum.
