Live seafood in Hong Kong is one of the most “scrumptious” attractions to both local and overseas eat-lovers, and in this April, Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant is proud to present you an array of the freshest seasonal seafood for your indulgence.  Matching with quality Organic Tea from Mount Fenghuang can make your enjoyment simply unforgettable!

Chef Chan Sui-kei, the Chef de Cuisine of Celestial Court chooses Sole as one of the seasonal recommendation thanks to the optimum quality of this species in April in Hong Kong.  You can enjoy the freshest, richest and most tender Sole.  Usually, we can only have the frozen Sole made with Western style; but Chef Chan believes steaming it can emphasize the fresh original taste of this fish which you should never miss!

Another recommendation from Chef Chan is the Red Crab.  April is also the best time to savor this seafood and Chef Chan brings this 2-catter giant Red Crab to you in 3 different yet delicious way: Sautéed Crab Claws, Steamed with Hao Tiao and Egg White and Sautéed with Ginger and Spring Onions.

Other 9 seasonal live seafood available in Celestial Court this month including Tiger Garoupa, Apogon Niger, Melon-seed Garoupa and Giant Garoupa, which will be steamed to perfection and served in the traditional way.  You will definitely be pampered with the fresh taste of the fish!

It’s a Chinese tradition to enjoy fish with tea.  Celestial Court has specially arranged 3 kinds of Organic Tea from Mount Fenghuang in China for the seasonal seafood.  They are with Osmanthus, Aloeswood or Sweet Orchid aroma which are all perfect match to your seafood meal.
