You thought Hooray only serves one cuisine with a menu of bar drinks? Well, it’s proving you wrong with their all new menu which contains a total of eight dishes from eight different countries for varied food preferences. With essence from oriental to occidental dishes; the menu includes starters to desserts with exclusively designed cocktails for pairing to enhance the experience of the meal at Hooray Bar and Restaurant.
Kicking off, the Chinese household common preserved egg refreshes the taster’s gulp with shredded cucumber and pickled ginger foam. There is also the Tuna Tataki to delight the taste buds with hints of yuzu miso sauce and spicy Jalapeno.
For starters, there is the US Fried Clam Cake and Chowder paired with a crispy clam cake and the European classic with Pork Belly, Chorizo and Bean Stew from Spain. Cooked for 12 hours; the flavorful meat is a melting delight, best served with chorizo and white beans.
As for mains, be surprised by the exotic tastes from the Middle East with Pistachio Crusted Snapper which is lightly seared crusted served with Cous Cous and Pomegranate sauce. Not to mention there’s also the Beef Short Rib Bourguignon from France available as well.
To finish the meal, try Thailand’s signature dessert, the Black Glutinous and Mango which has a crunchy texture and a strong marshmallow and coconut caviar taste.
As for the cocktails; pick between their fruity Chinese Moutai, the Minty Avacado Shake from Lebanon and the spicy Tom Yam Kung cocktail from Thailand, as well as the Pinj Kolada from Spain.
