In celebration of House of Vans 2017, the masterminds behind Little Bao, Rhoda and Le Garçon Saigon have teamed together with Vans to develop a one off menu under the name SK-8 Shack.
From 6th – 7th October at Central Harbourfront, the food pop up will provide food that are inspired by California soul food such as chicken and waffle, but with Asian twist. Chef May Chow (Little Bao), Chef Nathan Green (Rhoda) and Chef Bao La (Le Garçon Saigon) created 3 mains and 2 sides as below.
THE NOSE BLUNT ($80)

The House of Vans Hong Kong will take place at the Central Harbour-Front event space from 6th-7th OCT 2017 as one of the stops of the Asia tour. With a two-day festival to celebrate creative expression through music, art, action sports and street culture.
