The modern European restaurant Maison Es has launched a new menu for the Summer which has been crafted for the whole family to enjoy together with an emphasis on seafood.
What caught our eye was these three as see in the photo above and below:
- Cauliflower, served three ways, with black truffle chips, puffed millet and crispy bean curd, and miso vinaigrette (HK$188).
- Slow-cooked and charred octopus with white bean purée and crispy preserved Chinese sausage (HK$188)
- Japanese A3 wagyu sirloin with yaki onigiri and onsen egg (HK$480).
