If you're a fan of coffee it's likely you've already heard about The Coffee Academics, Hong Kong's pioneer in creating quality coffee. Roastery Lab is the new concept created by The Coffee Academics and Hong Kong's newest "hole in the wall" café, set to open this July.
Roastery Lab's menu focuses on celebrating coffee, keeping it simple with three basic options Black, White, or Filter, as well as a petite selection of fresh-baked goods to accompany the coffee experience. Available are the Roastery Lab's Blend, a unique house blend, and hand-poured coffees featuring a rotating programme of beans every two weeks.
Behind the coffee shop facade lies the Roasting Room, featuring a custom 15kg Ciesen W15A. This space is a full production facility available on appoitment for guests to take part in cupping sessions as well as a blending experience with trained coffee roasters to create their own custom blend.
