The 3 types of freshly-shucked oysters, luscious seafood-on-ice and the Japanese sashimi will continue delight the fans of seafood. More than 20 types of appetizers will also be served on rotation, including Parma Ham with Honeydew Melon, Scallop Carpaccio with Mint Lime Vinaigrette, Roasted Butternut with Thyme and Garlic with Virgin Olive Oil, Yaki Oyster Soba Noodle with Scallion.
The 7 sumptuous main courses are featured with distinctive spices, such as Grilled Whole Fresh Boston Lobster with Lemongrass Cream Sauce, Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (180g) with Pink Peppercorn Sauce, Grilled King Prawn and Scallop with Tarragon Butter Sauce.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve Buffets
On December 24, 25 and 31, we will present Christmas and New Year’s Eve Buffets in which you can fully enjoy sumptuous choices and unlimited supply of seafood-on-ice, sashimi, sushi and a salad bar, hot dishes and seasonal desserts. There will be also two rounds of Festive Dinner Buffet during which patrons can enjoy free flow of Moët & Chandon champagne, house red and white wine, orange juice and soft drinks (except for 1st round on Dec 31).
Desserts are definitely a big plus for festive celebration. A lineup of festive desserts has been prepared such as Panettone, Christmas Pudding with Cognac Vanilla Sauce and Christmas Chocolate Yule Log. Two new Häagen-Dazs Cream Cheese Mochi and Tiramisu Mochi Ice-cream can surely satisfy all the sweet tooth. The chewy mochi with the cheese aroma will mark a perfect finale this year.
