Room Rates Discounted for ‘The Luxe Easter’ Package
The Luxe Manor, the hottest boutique hotel in Hong Kong featuring abstract interiors and the most high tech features of any hotel in the region, is serving a gourmet Italian menu over Easter at its signature restaurant, Aspasia.
Priced at HK$688, the 5-course dinner served from April 2 to 10 is headlined by “the best chicken in the world”, baby goat and Roman artichokes.
The succulent artichokes, imported directly from Italy, are served with a starter of Boston Lobster Salad.
Next on the haute cuisine menu of renowned Chef Roland Schuller is Chickpea Soup with Codfish and Orange Pecorino Ravioli.
The third course is the world’s “best chicken”, Poulet de Bresse from France, with home-made fettucine and foie gras ragout.
Main course is Roasted Baby Goat, served with pecorino, mint and puntarelle. Dinner is completed by a dessert of Chocolate Easter Egg, stuffed with seasonal fruits and anise star sabayon, with coffee and pasticcini.
Over the same period, rooms are heftily discounted for the ‘The Luxe Easter’ package. Premier room rates are down from HK$1,800 to HK$1,188. Deluxe room prices are reduced from HK$2,000 to HK$1,388.
The package includes home-made EastereEggs and cookies for guests at turndown, and HK$300 discount per night for Aspasia, room service or mini-bar. Regular benefits for guests include complimentary buffet breakfast, internet, gym and late check-out till 2pm subject to availability.
All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 3% government tax.
