On 1 Dec 2013, AIDS Concern organized a public event commemorating the World AIDS Day 2013 at Windsor House, Causeway Bay. The event is co-organized with Metro Radio and title-sponsored by Durex. It is joined by Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet Ngor, Chief Secretary for Administration; Dr. York Chow Yat Ngok, Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Commission; Mr. Shiu Ka Chun, Lecturer & Associate of Arts in Applied Social Service of Hong Kong Baptist University; Artists including Ms. Siu Yam Yam, Ms. Corinna Chamberlain and Ms. Kellyjackie. To echo with the theme of “I’M Positive”, all of the guests were invited to put up one of the letters of the “I’M Positive” statement on a giant Red Ribbon, symbolizing their supports and commitments to the campaign.

World AIDS Day, observed on 1 December every year, is an opportunity for us to come together and show our support for people living with HIV/AIDS, and to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. AIDS Concern, the first non-governmental HIV/AIDS organization in Hong Kong, will launch a series of activities to promote World AIDS Day 2013. This year, AIDS Concern is commemorating World AIDS Day with the theme ‘I’M Positive’, to promote a friendly culture for people living with HIV in Hong Kong.
My earphones always drop out from my ears because I have a handful of piercings all over the ear. The normal ear buds hurt, and the ones that goes inside always falls out. Not to mention I just twist my headphones and shove it in my bag, ending up with half a dozen of them broken. I would never have though someone like LeBron James also have earphone problems, as his always breaks during workouts.
