Firstly make sure that your venue is listed in the directory HERE. Once you have check if it is there make sure there is a full overview, logo, photos and contact details. Updating these records is free of charge. If you want to have your venue featured in a section (being the first on the page) this is a paid service and you can contact us for more information on this.

On some venue records of the venue directory you will see photo coverage of specific events. This is great for building up your venues page and also reminding people of your venue and the great events that you have there which are featured in the photo gallery. You can book hkclubbing.com to come to your event and take photos of your events which are then published online in the photo gallery and you will also get a copy of the photos. We can also come and film your event which is great to use to show to sponsors, potential clients and customers. Of course we have a whole host of promotional packages for small and big venues.

For Event Promoters/ Organisers

Firstly make sure that your event is in the calendar. If not do email us the clear text and jpeg (under 380kb in size), this is a free service and we recommend you do this as early as possible. Then register with the site and post it in the sites forum. There is a specific forum for events and people often go there to read about what is going on and post their own comments.

Your event can also be included in our news section, which is free or you can upgrade to a paid service advertorial (feature article on the front page).
