This New Year’s Eve, Hullett House invites Hong Kong’s chicest party-goers to ring in 2010 in Hong Kong’s finest heritage destination during the Hullett House Ball.  With three decadent entertainment options on offer, New Year’s Eve at Hullett House offers something for everyone.

Those looking to welcome in the New Year from the design-led heritage ambience of Hullett House will be able to choose either from packages differing in time duration and dining offerings;

•    the Gold Key Package (HK$1988* per person)
•    the Silver Key Package (HK$1088* per person)

All guests will receive a special price on bottles of champagne available throughout the evening, Menus at all venues will be available from 7-11pm, snacks will be available from 11pm-5am, and recovery breakfasts served from 5-7am.

The Premium Gold Key Package invites guests to experience a full night of dining and celebration at Hullett House from 7pm to 7am, and priced at HK$3688* per person will entitle them to an 8 course Gala dinner at St George, access to the VIP Champagne and Cigar Room and unlimited holiday feasting at all of the Hullett House restaurants and bars.  This package also includes an open bar for spirits and house wines available all night.

The Gold Key Package invites guests to experience New Year’s at Hullett House from 8pm to 2am with a flute of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and an ‘eat as much as you like menu’ at The Parlour, Stables Grill, Mariners Rest, The Courtyard, Western Garden and Loong Toh Yuen.  With such extensive dining options, guests will be treated to the amazing array of delicacies throughout the evening. Enjoy Oysters at The Parlour, succulent meats at  Stables Grill and noodles at Loong Toh Yuen ... its yours to choose!  As well as this, guests are invited to enjoy an open bar throughout the hotel, with unlimited beers, standard spirits and house wines on offer!

For HK$1088 per person, the Silver Key Package caters toward those who will be heading to Hullett House after the ringing-in of the New Year elsewhere. As the night of the Hullett House Ball takes to a more mellow and atmospheric note, late night party-goers will enjoy delectable snacks and even a recovery breakfast from the Hullett House kitchen in addition to house cocktails and open bar for a bevy of spirits and wine.

Hullett House Ball guests will also be privy to a magical night of entertainment as they wander throughout the heritage destination.  Entertainment for the evening will be DJ Max Chipchase, an international sensation who will dazzle the crowd with 4-5 sets throughout the evening.  Also in tow will be ‘Leave it to Diva’ from Australia, who be making their Hong Kong premier at Hullett House. In addition to this exciting line up will be an array of roving performers, including guest DJ slots, a male soprano, slight of hand magicians, dancers and classical guitarists, bongo players and tarot card readers.
